Train by laying one or two as a blocker.

 

One side is super sticky for ROLLS and FLOPS and BACK SIDE AIRMAILS. 

One side is a little faster and smother.

You can flip it over and try to slide under and train those BAR of SOAPS. 

 

Lay is straight down the center and train CUTS and REVERSE CUTS.

Practice running down the center by making a lane(one on each side). New players can build some confidence. 

 

Or!!! Lay the faster side down in the center long ways and try to hammer it in workin gon your PUSH/COLLECT/RODEO

 

Stack them in front of the hole and practice airmails with more loft. 

Set one at the bottom of the board to add loft to your standard shot if you think you throw it too low and run off the back too much.
